I’m Full Time Online Just Quit My Offline Job!
Hey Everyone, I am so very happy because today I quit my offline job.
And as always, Alex Jeffreys has yet again played a part in changing my life !!!
I drove to work today and I think, for the first time ever, I smiled all the way!
I didn’t even mind being stuck in the rush hour traffic.
Nor did I mind slowly creeping forward an inch every ten minutes and getting a cramp in my clutch leg.
I didn’t even mind the road ragers pushing in front of me, or the ones who drive right up close to your bumper!
Nor did panic when the temperature gauge started to increase on my mini!
Nope, I smiled all the way to work…
Then I went straight over to my boss and told her I was handing in my 4 week notice.
I QUIT !
Yes, I actually quit my offline job for an online job.
It was such a relief to think I wont have to drive to work everyday.
I don’t know what it would mean for YOU to quit your job?
But for me it’s such an amazing feeling.
What will this mean for my family and I ?
It means everything!
Old Offline Job: Get Jade up at 7am to take her breakfast club.
New Online Job: Get Jade up at 8am and we have breakfast together.
Old Offline Job: Drive 45 minutes in nose to tail traffic – TWICE DAILY
New Online Job: Walk 10 seconds to my computer room.
Old Offline Job: Do boring, mind numbing tasks 7 hours a day.
New Online Job: Do new challenging tasks 7 hours a day.
Old Offline Job: Work like a dog for a mediocre monthly pay check
New Online Job: Work hard for a very rewarding income with bonuses too.
You know something, I could rant all day about how great an opportunity this is for me, but I won’t!
I am sure you will understand how good I feel.
Why Am I Able To Quit My Job?
Alex Jeffreys.
Yes, the man himself has yet again changed my life.
You see, I was on skype with Alex and he typed me this message:
Alex Jeffreys: Hey Sally, would you be interested in working with me?
Me: Working with you in what way?
Alex Jeffreys: On my projects, moving forward, just wondered if you would be interested.
Alex Jeffreys: Maybe you’re not
Me: yeah! of course I would.
The conversation continued and basically I have agreed to join Alex’s already highly successful team.
Alex made me an offer I simply couldn’t refuse.
Not only will I be paid more than I was making in my offline job but I will also learn the ins and outs of Alex’s million dollar business.
I will be privy to some of his best marketing strategies and basically I am going to learn a ton of information.
I am super excited, no wait, super excited does not even come close to how I am feeling.
To be honest, words simply cannot describe how I feel right now.
This will be a fabulous opportunity for me, and ultimately my blog readers too.
After all, I will learn a ton of new stuff that I will be able to share with you all.
Alex has told me about his plans for the future and his next major product launch and I am so thrilled to be a part of that.
As you know, Alex has helped me greatly online already, and I feel this is a time for me to pay him back in some small way.
Unfortunately I cannot really go into detail about the projects and products I will be working on as part of Alex’s team, but the vision Alex has for his business is mind blowing and I want to be a part of it.
To watch how Alex markets and creates his highly popular products will be a chance in a lifetime for me.
BIG MASSIVE THANK YOU …
I just want to quickly say a BIG MASSIVE thank you to my Mum (ha ha) and Jacinta Dean.
Normally my Mum is very cautious and I did dread telling her my plans to quit my offline job, but…
My Mum threw caution to the wind and told me to go for it, I have her full support.
Plus Jacinta spoke to me for over an hour on skype, and helped me come to the decision to leave my offline job and join Alex’s Team.
You may not know this, but the business mind set and marketing skills Jacinta possesses are truly out of this world.
That girl is a wealth of information, a dark marketing horse I’m tellin ya!
Anyway, big thanks to Mum and Jacinta, you are both stars in my eyes.
What About Your Own Online Business Sally???
Yes, I will still be continuing with my own business in my own time.
Obviously Alex is paying me big $$$ to work for him, so that will be my main priority.
But Alex is aware I still want to pursue my own online dreams and is perfectly happy for me to do so.
I really do feel it’s a win win situation.
And although I was very scared to leave an offline job I have had for 14 years, I just went for it!
You only live once right???
Ok I don’t want to ramble on in this post, just wanted to share my good news with you.
Tuesday the 7th of September 2010 is a life changing date for me and one I will remember for the rest of my life!
I hope you too get a life changing date, I never truly believed I would, but I did!

I am not sure how to show this, however I would like you to show that the online and offline work are compatible.
Examples are:
I like my job off line but I need to expand myself online
I am busted in the job line and I need to find something now to help me live.
I want to do both: Live my dream and find another dream that I can take time with but it is online.
This is my last chance to find something now, how do I make your dreams work for me.
These are the types of questions that populate our sites to challenge us to answer these questions with an answer that is tested, with proof and a statement of satisfaction

Honestly it has still not sunk in to be honest,I have worked an offline 9-5 job since I was 17 years old!
Yes Alex has said that so long as I do the work he allocates me, then in my own time I can still work on my own “stuff” so it should be win win for me.

OK, OK! I will admit it! Its not that bad… Your new boss is Alex Jeffrey. One of the most admirable internet marketers in the world. You will learn a LOT with Alex and you can apply them in your own online business AND Alex (your new boss) will help you! I dont think that your OFFline boss would share all his secrets and help you with your own business. He would probably prevent you so that you remain his minor employee (slave).
Working online means you can come here in Cyprus (whenever YOU want to and NOT when your offline boss wants) combine holidays with work and be able to make enough money to pay the expenses of the vacation before going back to the UK!
So would I have made the same decision?
Well, what do you think? Of course I would if Alex Jeffrey made me the offer!
So, CONGRATULATIONS Sally for making the best decision of your life!
I know that your offline boss and colleagues treated you very well all these years and you might feel strange when you stop working there but as you said we only live once and we have to move forward.

Sounds fab to be traveling the world, especially if you have an office near the beach, that’s something I can only dream of right now.

It’s such a big thing to “change” jobs when you have family to be responsible for. But this is really no different to that except you’re onto a sure-fire winner – and no more Road Ragers, Bumper Stickers and temperature guages!
I think you have made the right decision – more time with Jade – maybe even train Jade up into making money online ?? Just helping her with career advice?? What will the school say?

Yes the traffic comp seemed to start the ball rolling and it has just all been so great since then, it’s been a dream come true.
I am glad you would have made the same decision, I think anyone would be crazy to pass up the chance to work with Alex.
I know essentially I will still have a full time job, but really it benefits me and Jade greatly, so I think it’s the right move.

Thanks for your comment, it was a hard decision, I know everyone is saying they would jump at the chance to work with Alex, but I seriously did have to think about it.
I had a very secure job with the Local Authority, good pay and benefits, but I just threw caution to the wind and decided to chase my dreams.
At least I can say I tried, I have always said I don’t want to live a life of regrets, and they do say it’s the things YOU DON’T DO THAT YOU REGRET MOST.

Even though this post was made more than a year ago, you still did a GREAT decision quitting your offline job! Nothing can match being with your family and taking care of them on your own, I know because I let my daughter grow with my mother in law while I work in a company. I just quit mine 8 months ago and though there are times that I’m thinking of going back to the corporate world I feel like it doesn’t suit me anymore. I am happy being with my husband and my daughter now and finally working online too to support my family. More power to your online job and your site and hope to read more posts if you’ve got time.
