Bit of a crazy post this, but bear with me…
Ok, so how did playing a Wii Boxing Game at the weekend help me with my online business.
Well…
I injured my shoulder, to be all technical, I have a Rotator Cuff Injury and it’s PURE AGONY.
I am clock watching until the time comes for another painkiller and some Ibuprofen, plus I stink of Deep Heat spray too!

Hey Everyone,
This blog post is just a quick update on what I have been doing.
AND ME MOANING AS PER USUAL…
I have officially retired from blog hopping… for now.
Shock, horror right?
I know, I know.
But I really need to concentrate my efforts elsewhere for now.
It’s kinda sad, I loved my blog hopping…
But needs must, and I need to focus elsewhere.
So this week (I have a week off work) I have been writing my first ebook.
See the nice shiny image above?

Hey Folks,
I am just off a skype call to my newest buddy, Jaycee of JanetChandler.Com.
Now I know I should be writing blog posts about my time spent at the Internet Millionaires summit but…
Jaycee is writing it all up in a report so I figured it would be kinda silly me doing the same thing right?
My Notes Were Full Of Doodles Anyway…
Plus I am sure her notes are wayyyyyy better than mine, I am a terrible doodler, especially when my mind starts to wander and I am not concentrating properly.

I never met Alex Jeffreys through his coaching program, I met Alex many years ago when he contacted me.
I was running a successful online business based around showing people how to make money selling ebooks on eBay and one day I got an email from Alex.
The email asked if I would promote Alex’s Easy Profit Auctions membership.
I took a look, the membership was great and I started to promote it and they rest they say is history.
The relationships you build online can have a massive effect on your own online business, it can often be a deciding factor in whether or not your business becomes a success.
So today I am going to talk about the importance of planning and building online relationships…
One day, in the not so distant future, the Alex Jeffreys coaching will come to an end for me and my fellow students.
Alex Jeffreys will not be babysitting us forever.
What will happen to you and your business then?

Have your ever cried about your online business?
Seriously, I will admit I have cried.
Quite a few times actually, and recently was 5 minutes ago.
I tend to cry more from frustration than anything, I hate not knowing how to do “stuff” and it gets me so hot under the collar at times I could scream.
Today, was a particularly stressful day, nothing seemed to be going right from the minute I got out my bed.
That and a few other factors cause me to let it all out.
Like I said I cried about 5 minutes ago, all because of a blog post I read.
Now don’t be rolling your eyes and saying here we go, Sally’s is one of those crazy women who cries at the drop of a hat, because I don’t actually.
It takes quite a build up before the steam comes out my ears.
Even Alex Jeffreys Cries.
If you are a student of Alex Jeffreys you will know he has cried, many times about his online business.
